If you've really stayed with her through all that, nothing anyone says here will convince you otherwise. It's like with alcoholics and addicts, until you hit your rock bottom (and that bottom is different for everyone), it's gonna get worse. Hopefully you've hit yours already with her because if not, the next round sounds like it'll bring the pain even worse.

Yep. Then she had the nerves to tell me the other day that she doesn't have a heart now. As if, I did something to her. What a fricking psycho
