It's called PDLSS. Post Duck Lips Selection Syndrome. If you post too many selfies with those ridiculous duck lips, your selection of available men reduces in kind, until your options are severely limited.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say her "options" aren't limited at all... unless she's got a terrible lisp or an awful limp or something. Or Tourettes.
