Ingram has been barely above a disaster, he had a decent year for the first time ever 4 years in his career and he ran for a whopping 900 some yards. Probably one of if not the worst RB to ever make the pro bowl (and only did it because others backed out).

Considering where Ingram was drafted, he is 100% a bust

But he is still playing. He seems fairly healthy for the 1st time since leaving Bama and has shown he can be a good NFL back. Because he played at Bama and had bad first two seasons you want to rush the label on him. Why can't you wait and see how he translates the success he had this season to the rest of his career before you call his career a bust?

So this doesn't make him a bust after being drafted in the 1st round?

If it takes you 4 years to get healthy you have problems...and he still was MAYBE just "decent".

No, he hasn't at all. He isn't even close to the level of what folks would consider a good NFL back. He has a very low yards per carry average over his career. He's missed countless games due to injury....nothing about him says "good NFL back".

Wait for what? It's been FOUR YEARS, he's already at the end of his contract. I hope the Saints can get at least something for him, certainly no one very good or a high round draft pick.

Running Backs can be molded to a scheme....which makes the position less valuable.

The only RB that deserve to be taken in the 1st nowadays are your freaks of nature. AP, Lesean McCoy. All down backs who are just as good in the passing game as they are running the ball.

I don't see Yeldon as that kind of back. There are certainly RB that I would take ahead of him. Melvin Gordon, Tevin Coleman, and a healthy Gurley are all above him for me.
