WVU wasn't even listed in the top 25 of any recruiting service for 2015. Also, bordering Ohio isn't a good thing since they are producing less top 300 recruits than ever. WVU is irrelevant in recruiting.

Face it, WVU is irrelevant playing in the middle of the road conference. Only TCU currently matters in the Big12.
