It is descending from Least Rapiest to Most Rapiest.

Tennessee is a rapiest state for sure.

That list shows the number of reported forcible rapes per 100,000 people. Lower on the list = more reported rapes. Of course the actual number of rapes isn't known. It's possible that states that are higher on the list simply under report the number.
