I really don't understand the "don't start shite, won't be shite" argument...
That explanation is too easy/simple, and it's not absolute like that.
If someone in a bar starts a fistfight because he got bumped, is it open season to blow him away with a gun?
No? Ok. So maybe there some baseline parameters that need to be defined?
