I have no idea what y'all's depth chart is or what a position of need for Alabama is. I just find it strange and mildly amusing when these highly touted kids go to Bama to ride pine or get processed when they could easily play somewhere else.

Before someone chimes in with: NFL, please take a look at a current NFL roster, any roster you like. The NFL finds kids that can play. Hell, look at the West Alabama kid that won the Super Bowl. Why anyone feels they have to go to Bama or anywhere else to make the NFL is beyond me?

I doubt any player chooses to go anywhere to ride pine. I'm sure most welcome competition and believe they will be the man. Auburn is without highly touted 3rd stringers? Sucks for them, I guess.

In that same vein no one who's good enough to play professionally is going to "ride pine or get processed" unless they're being a dumbass off the field. If you're talented and put in the work you'll see the field even if there are capable guys in front of you (eg: Mosley, Cooper, Evans).

This sounds like that piece that argued prospects stand a better chance of making the NFL at Kentucky.

Where else in the SEC would he have started this past year? AU? LSU? ARK? ATM? MSU? UGA? USC?

I mean maybe at Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss. Those teams weren't all that stacked at Rb.
