We will NEVER receive any respect. We could go undefeated beating everyone by 30 points, and win the NC and it would only be because the "nation was down".
I really don't understand this line of thinking, but you get more respect for a top 10 class and a finish outside of the top 30 then you do for a class outside of the top 30 and a finish in the top 10
Recruiting coverage has melted the brains of CFB fans everywhere.

WDWWD.
Although...at this point, I kind of feel superior. We have a great state (minus some of STL), the best lax drinking laws, a University that is actually for education, and not overly poor or fat (as a whole).
We will always be doubted because we are Missouri. We aren't on the coasts, so we are out of mainstream media.
Just continue like stealth bombers....off the radar, blowing up shite

Our state is literally superior to everyone in the league except for Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Missouri is heads and shoulders above the other SEC states. I just laugh when the morons from Arkansas or Mississippi try to rip on us.

I kind of find it complimenting that they are even creating a thread about it really. It shows they are recognizing that Mizzou is capable of competing in this conference. It shows also how worried they are about Butch. He keep reaping these great recruiting classes and has nothing to show for it. They worried.
