Nice way to put it.

I think Landers is the epitome of a coach who has peaked. He'll have the Lady Dawgs above average, usually well above average, but that's about it.

I honestly don't think Richt has peaked. Plus, he's come a lot closer to the big prize than Landers, and is much more likely to get there, imvho.
