Gotcha. Do both parents have to sign? Is there any rumored disagreement among the parents about the choice?

His dad is a different guy.
I'm not going to throw him under the bus, but he loves the attention CeCe gets.

I signed one out of school and parents didn't have to sign. I was 18 at the time though. Probably different if he's still 17.
