we feel the same way about spurrier.

at least dabo stands in like a man at the press conference after a loss.

Spurrier likes bragging after wins but doesn't want to talk after losing. lol

Dude give it up.

Now you're trying to tell me that Greenville is better than Charleston.

Greenville is nice but Charleston is ELITE.

Charleston is consistently rated by traveling magazines and lists (the kind of lists that you seem to love) as one of the top tourists destinations in THE WORLD... not just the US.. THE WORLD.

Charleston is renown INTERNATIONALLY as a tourism and foodie mecca. You bringing up two streets and calling them unattractive can't take away from that.

I've been to Greenville and downtown Greenville is literally the only nice part of the city. Nobody travels from outside the US to visit Greenville, SC. People come from all over the world to visit Charleston.

For instance, I could go anywhere in the US and tell somebody I'm from Charleston.. odds are, they know what city I'm talking about.

The same can't be said about Greenville. Sorry bro.

lol , the entire Greenville are alooks nicer than Charleston. Mt. Pleasant looks nice although it really is just one road, and downtown Summerville is quaint but that is about it.

I'd rather drive down Pelham road than Savannah Highway. lol

You wrong about Greenville. People moving here from NY, Miami, from western states, etc. It is on the radar, has been about 10 years.

Charleson is near beach. Obvciously it will get more tourism. If it wasn't near beach, nobody would be going there in my view.

I do think Chuck is nicest city near beach in country but Savannah and Wilmington have a case too. I prefer Wilmington to Chuck, not as familiar with Savannah.

THey putting up a lot of hotels in downtown G Vegas. I'm assuming some tourists. I think Greenville has more hotels downtown than Charleston. Seems like most nice hotels in Charleston are out in N. Charleston near airport, and maybe a couple over in Mt. Pleasant.

s'ville just a burb of Chuck. You are on the map, especially for middle class people who looking for more bang for their buck on housing.

Greenville gets some great fall color. Chuck not so much, because it is a pine forest with some big oaks.

haywood mall is better than those sorry malls in chuck. Woodruff has stores that Chuck doesn't, like Dave and Busters, REI, Bass outdoor store, etc.

Yeah this guy seriously needs to get out of the backwards arse bible belt upstate more.

Charleston has been named the best city in the US for travel 4 years in a row, and top 5 in the world 3 years in a row.

But I guess that's only cause of the beach... Greenville is better.

Charlesotn just as bible belt as Greenville. Greenville has a lot more engineering and technical jobs than Charleston which attracts more yuppies along with lower income people who willing to live in poverty to be near a beach. lol Greenville just a more modern city , this is obvious to all who visit both. Chuck is stuck in the past. Only thing to do in Chuck is visit the angel oak, and eat seafood and go see slavery planatons. lol

b/c it is near beach. It would be like Montgomery Alabama if it wasn't at beach.

You keep bringing up Anderson. Anderson is a 30 minute drive from Clemson. Quit pretending its within walking distance please.

Also, Clemson is over an hour away from the Chatooga. Again, quit pretending it's within walking distance.

Nobody is buying your Clemson is an oasis in the foothills bullshite.

I don't care for columbia at all, but to say a shite stain like Clemson has more to do than Cola is a complete joke. Clemson is at least a 30 minute drive from EVERYTHING you keep mentioning.

And why did you quit comparing to Athens? Did you give up on it?

If you want to do a fair comparison of Greenville and Charleston, why don't you guys compare the crime rate. Let's see who wins there.

Arguing Greenville is nicer than Charleston is like arguing that Miley Cyrus is more attractive than the Victoria Secret super models. Miley may have some attractive qualities, but the VS models are the whole package. BTW, Charleston is a very historic destination. Been there a very long time. Beaches not the big draw.

Tallahassee? No. No way. Place is a dump. To many homeless people, people just hanging in the street, that dumpy Tennessee Avenue, campus looks unkept. Uf 10x better.

I spend anywhere from 6-8 days every month in Charlottesville. I like it. I don't know if it's number one. I don't really think so but I'd say top 5 isn't or of the question. There is no solid view walking around there like say at vatech which to me is prettier. Besides their rotunda and buildings are in a long term overhaul. It's neat. I like it. But I would say William and Mary is just as nice albeit flat.

Charleston. I don't know what place looks like because I'm to busy starting at the coeds ridding bikes, walking, selling ice cream in bikinis for some competion, whatever. I mean I've been there a lot. I stay at a historic hotel across from the Moes and all I can say is I have no idea what the place actually looks like.

I have lived in both. Greenville seems a lot safer. Charleston is pretty ghetto outside of Mt Pleasant and Summerville, and the tip of the peninsula downtown (rich people).

people who go on about how historic Charleston is never talk about history outside of that. People don't really like Charleston b/c of history, they liked it b/c it is near the beach and has decent nightlife for a small city.

You never explained how Charlestion is the "whole package". Greenville has a nicer mall, and a lot of stores/restaurants CHuck does not, like Dave and Busters. Traffic is better in Greenville, it is also a little cooler in the summer. I think the downtown area is more quaint, and not full of tourists all the time. Greenville is close to the mountains. Again it comes down to preference.

I don't dislike Charleston. I used to live there. I have lived in Columbia too. I have an insider's perspective.
