Just to mention a few:
1. Firing Lou Holtz while he was in his prime.
2. Not hiring Jimmy Johnson when he wanted the job.
3. Running off Ken Hatfield and hastily hiring his new OC to replace him.
4. Firing Jack Crowe 1 game into our inaugural year in the SEC, before he'd even coached a SEC game, yet.

But giving Mike Shula enough time to turn things around. We were legit in 2005.
