Yes. Ohio State's defense shutting down Oregon's offense won the game.

they didn't shut them down. it wasn't a dominant defensive performance by ohio state, it was more of a bend but don't break. oregon killed themselves with those 2 drops and red zone inefficiency, then not being able to stop ohio state on a bunch of third and longs. as a few people have mentioned earlier, they won with great offense and "good enough" defense.
