But what if they laughed at the Callahan to Nebraska, Sherman to Aggy, Weiss to ND, Florida, Kansas, Lane to UT and USC, Chan Gailey to GT, Bobby Ross to Army hires? I'd say they are doing pretty well on average.

Pete Carroll? Bill O'Brien? Dan Devine? Bill Walsh had some pretty successful season by Stanford standards. Jim Mora Jr has given UCLA their best 3 year run in almost 30 years. Al Groh is one of only two UVA HCs to post a wining pct better than .500 in the modern era.
