Auburn is on the rise.
We broke the top 100 of ESPN's RPI and we beat an RPI top 50 team in Xavier.

The ACC (sort of) and B1G are down in basketball right now. The time is ripe.

I don't get all the fuss the last two days. SEC is a basketball conference anyway.

Well Mizzou has never been any good in basketball so this doesn't concern yall anyways.

Since UK is a charter member of the SEC, it's always been a basketball conference that played football too.

I don't pay attention to the B1G as a whole but they might be down. Iowa has been bipolar all year (beat UNC but lose to teams they shouldn't) and they just beat #20 Ohio State.

Ole Miss has an RPI in the 70s and that's 7th highest in the conference ?!? Oh my God that is awful... I didn't know that Florida was this bad either .. Donovan will build and have a Final 4 team again in no time I'm sure.

No... LSU is recruiting well but JJ isn't a good x's and o's coach. It's still just Kentucky and Florida

Bruce Pearl is many things, this he is not.
He had a guy on staff at UT that handled most of his X's and O's and I assume he has someone similar on his staff at Auburn.
It isn't an indictment of him because Calipari is the same way. John Robic handles a ton of the X's and O's work for him.

Duke, Louisville, and Virginia are legit. UNC seems to have gotten a lot better as the season has progressed. I saw where Maryland is ranked, but I have no earthly idea about how good/bad they are. Syracuse seems to be having a down season.
eta: Forgot about ND who is actually pretty good this year too.

Outside of Wisky the Big 10 is pretty bad this year.

What the hell does a Bama fan know about basketball?
And yes, Rig, teams should worry about us in 2 years. We are already going to be a pain in the arse for most SEC teams this season. If our recruiting class can make an impact next season we could be around 5th in the conference. After that, it's on.
