Of course we did. You can say TCU should have gotten in, but Alabama had a better resume.
The SECW was inflated, yes. But that wasn't totally obvious to everyone. Predicting Ole Miss, mediocre in every respect, would get pummeled was not difficult.

I for one did not think ole miss would get drugged 42-3.
