Aubie, Arky and UGA have been to Final Four's as SEC members.
Sadly we haven't. We made it to the Elite 8 once. We also lost to the eventual national champion in the Sweet 16 twice so that counts for something right?

The SEC doesn't have a Big 6 in basketball
This is the same mindset that would have one exclude UT from the current football Big6; just because a team or teams are not currently great doesn't mean they haven't enjoyed success in the past or that they won't enjoy success again in the future. UF is obviously a strong program, Arky has won a natty, LSU has been to multiple FFs, Alabama was a Sweet 16 regular in the 80s and 90s, UGA has been to a FF, Auburn has been strong at times...

These three don't belong
I'd go with Big 4 in Basketball.

We've had some decent success too. That's not my point, though. With the football Big 6, you have 6 programs that are clearly elite in all-time terms. With basketball, you basically have UK as the only clearly elite program in all-time terms.

Neither of your links go anywhere!
LSU has 10 regular season championships and more all time wins as a program

I'm not debating that UK is head-and-shoulders above every other team in the SEC, but the same thing can be said of Alabama football in relation to the rest of the SEC.

Nobody cares about swc basketball so there is no point listing them. Arkansas had a few great years when corlis williamson was there, but has been irrelevant ever since.
