Chavis is in a position to get a raise, and thanks to our dumpster fire DC search we are in a position to give it to him.
From what I understand part of the issue is how much of the money is guaranteed even if Les isn't around. I hope he gets every penny he has earned.

Poor Aggies, Chavis turns down whatever amount of money they offered for a $33k/year raise from what he has now
