So how did Stephens keep him in line so well for two full seasons at EMCC and then bam, one week after signing with OM he pulls this.

He was at EMCC for like 6 months.

There is literally nothing else to do at emcc.... Except football... No trouble to get into...

Like someone already said, it was just a semester.
Also, it is Scooba, the capital of Bumfricknowhere where there is nothing to do and local police look the other way when it comes to Buddy's players.
