Not sure, but likely. Depends on how quickly we hire his replacement and if it's a good hire

BJ has not been at practice. Nor has he been recruiting (it's dead period anyway). This has obviously been in the works. So why announce today? Why not just hold off a bit more?
I can think of a few reasons but the most obvious is we already have a hire lined up
