Depends on if the "highest level" refers to the level of competition or the level of winning. By your definition, there are dozens of guys who have "won at the highest level" that would be silly to include in a discussion like this. When most people talk about "winning at the highest level", they're talking about championships...at least one...at some point.

no they're not.

coaching in the NFL and having success is winning at the highest level. Something Saban couldn't do, and ran away from.

So if at 4th down from the 3 yard line, Kaep runs in the TD instead of being an incomplete pass in the super bowl, he then has proved he can win? Are you really going to be this obtuse. He went to three straight NFC championship games, and was 3 yards away from winning the super bowl. He has proven he can win at the highest level
