We own a business in Cahaba Heights. Already spoke to the City Planner and Police Chief. There will be extra officers on duty Friday.
I total support a person's right to protest. I totally understand the outrage against the militarisation of America's police force. However, your right to protest ends when it starts impacting my personal income.
Go vote. Go peacefully protest at Kelly Ingram Park. Don't disrupt the two largest shopping centers in Bham on the Friday before Christmas.

Something tells me if they were protesting at Kelly Ingram Park (I don't even know what that is) that y'all wouldn't be talking about it and I think part of their goal is to get people to talk about it. Goal accomplished I'd say based on this thread.
