If Mizzou lands Beckner and some of the other DLs they're recruiting will there be room for him?

What's being said on TB, is that he will need to sit out 2yrs to come to Mizzou, because we're both SEC East schools.
He'll go to Juco for 2yrs and redshirt, only playing 1 of 2yrs.
