Thanks. I was just curious on the sate of the program and why it was supposedly so off base.

Been hearing discouraging things about Coach T's S&C program for quite some time now. Keep in mind that this info is coming from former players, some calling it a "joke" at times. A lot of "one size fits all" lifts without the proper customization for players of different weights, strengths, and positions. Hope we get this worked out soon.
