Wrong. You add the eggs and grits together. You leave the hasbrowns alone,to change the taste palate. You bama yankees are something else.

... only if your eggs are over-easy or sunny-side-up. Only runny eggs are stirred in with grits.
Hard scrambled eggs are meant for hot sauce of ketchup.
Soft scrambled eggs are to be eaten "as-is."
