It's the part of the bone that sticks out the side of your vertebrae. It's not part of stabilizing or anything like that in an important way. Pretty much if I had to break something in my back, that's one of the things I'd prefer it to be



What it means as far as playing time, I doubt he'd be out too long like UGAalum posted above but who knows.

It means the next time he tries to wear brown shoes with a gray suit his spine will bust out of his back ala "Alien" and he will never be in a position to strong arm the Auburn AD out of money again....
