“We can put points on them,” Wallace said. “I think we can put points on anybody. "

Obviously not an OM fan, but I will always remember him shushing the crowd.

Bo Wallace to OM fans is like Les Miles to LSU fans. He wins games, plain and simple, but every now and then both tend to have moments of pure stupidity. Both fan bases want them for a long time, but are optimistic they will could be more successful in the future with someone else. Just my 2 cents.

He has definitely not had the best career of any ole miss qb ever. Get real.

For all the criticism Wallace has endured, he'll actually leave Ole Miss with the school record for total offensive yards. Heading into the postseason, Wallace has 10,427 total yards. Eli Manning was the record holder with 10,090 yards, but Wallace broke that record in the loss to Arkansas.

Wallace also moved past Johnny Manziel into ninth place all-time in SEC history.

He may not be the best, but he's one of the best ever for Ole Miss. He leaves the school as the all-time leader in offensive yards. Before the season, he was also #1 in completion % and passing efficiency...he may still be, I'm not sure.

He came in after OM went 0-8 in the SEC and helped them win 7 games with a new coach in year 1 (including a win in the Egg Bowl) and a W in the bowl game. He won two bowl MVPs. They improved their win total every year he was there. He beat Bama, LSU (along with every team in the West) and State multiple times while he was there. He also knocked State out of any NC contention in his last home game. Although he let his emotions get the best of him at times and acted like a girl in those moments, he was a tough competitor that did very well considering the state of the program when he arrived.

He should be a god on that campus right now. Its crazy how he has had the best career of any QB ever at Ole Miss and yet I don't think anyone would mention him in the same breath as Eli.

I thought the QB self loathing was just a State thing. Appears that it is a Mississippi thing with the lone exception being the Manning family.

My problem with him is he never matured into a leader his whole time here. Yes he put up nice stats, but that is largely due to our system and the changing dynamic of college football.

He was absolutely not the guy you would picture to fire everyone up in the lockerroom with a speach. I just don't think he ever gave enough of a shite. He continued going out to the bars every night right up until this season, just as he has been doing for 3 years.

In the sense of just being a regular dude and fun to hang out with I have no problem with him. He's just not the type of person that has the attitude it takes to exceed at a truly high level. That's fine, not many do, I'm just not going to worship him for his stats or his occasional high level of play.

I'll always remember the Bo that walked out of Tiger Stadium before the game had ended.
