1.4 Billion reasons SEC CCG will not move so quit making threads.
387 million for Foundations and Structure
322 million for Soft Costs and Contingencies
281 million for Buildings Systems
119 million for Interior Construction
100 million for General Conditions and Fees
80 million for Exterior Skin
62 million for Sitework
49 million for Construction Requirements

Unless Houston, Saint Louis, Nashville, New Orleans, or Birmingham are dropping dimes in the neighborhood of 1.5 Billion to 2.0 Billion to pay for a seat at the table then accept the fact the SCE CCG is not moving.

Hotlanta, it's an SEC town ... with an ACC school in the middle. Gotta love it.

Guess what - Charlotte is an SEC town as well.

No major city in the South is safe from our charms.

Charlotte should be where there SEC basketball tourney is played every year.

How do you figure? I know the SEC Network has offices there, and it is fairly close to USC, but I have never gotten an SEC vibe from Charlotte in my limited time there.

Lots of Tobacco Road alum as well as transplants from all over.

Nashville is more fun to visit than Charlotte and makes a lot more sense geographically. Any particular reason this move would make sense (other than it is a new market)?
