Yep. That was a money saving scheme by Pete Boone (our old AD).

The third deck should be going up shortly.
Kind of difficult to make out the central hall for that side of the stadium, but it will be a three story open space. Pretty damn cool and what I assume to be fairly unique in college football stadiums.
