Bama's OL is a lot better at zone blocking in the run game and I'm assuming with Mizzou's stout DL, they will also tailor some boots and roll outs to get Sims more space/time. I'm not sure how the rotation is for Mizz or depth, but that is gonna be the key
The match-up I'm most worried about is Mizzou's WR corps against Bama's secondary
