Okay. I can see that type of suit for real estate. Real estate is essentially a modeling job. Instead of modeling people, you model structures and/or land.

Well, you have to sell yourself in listing appointments and if you are trying to land say an exclusive right to sell for a 100-lot development (please let that one come through).
It's all about feeling confident.
It's why I pay $40 for a haircut, spend too much on clothes, and drive a nice car.
But like I said, it's better being a man than a woman. I dated a woman that had her t-shirts altered (tailored).
