Committee will look foolish to rank MSU 4th all this time and then the last poll they drop them out

well, as more games are played more evidence is presented. Should the rankings just stay where they are after the first week? Geez man

the committee will look stupid!

their job isn't to look cool, it's to put the 4 best teams in teh playoff.

The second you lose a game, you no longer can gripe about having it "stuck" to you. If there's 3 or 4 1 loss teams, yet some of them won their league and have 2 or 3 notable, top 15 wins, while MSU didn't win their division and has no top 15 wins...why should they go aside from the fact they play in the conference you're affiliated with?

Please show me where Ohio State has 2 or 3 notable top 15 wins.

Only thing State can do to improve it's chances of staying in is beat Ole Miss soundly. Do that and none of the 5-7 teams win out with gusto, then they will likely make the cut. 2 and 3 losing a game would help too and could likely happen.
