I forget the exact numbers but it is something like <5% black police officers serving a town of >70% black folks. Can you see that happening in Mississippi in 2014? Even in/around Oxford with all you KKK guys?

That someone from Vicksburg talking about how race isn't as big an issue there. It's true, but race is still a big issue in Mississippi, possibly the biggest.
