Of course. Filming anything on your property without your consent could totally be drawn up in your rental agreement.
You couldn't refuse them simply because they were black however, and if the state protects the homos, you couldn't refuse them for that either.

Pretty sure NC doesn't protect the homos.
So you're agreeing that I can refuse service based upon the intentions of the prospective customers on my personal property?
