They are renting their property for commercial use.

I also own a beach house which I rent for commercial use, I do have the right to refuse a renter wishing to use my property to film an Interracial gay gangbang porno, do I not?

Of course. Filming anything on your property without your consent could totally be drawn up in your rental agreement.

You couldn't refuse them simply because they were black however, and if the state protects the homos, you couldn't refuse them for that either.

For being more specific. You have the right to be black and not be treated any different commercially. One private property, you can be as racist as you want, but not in the market place. You also have the right to be jewish, or handicapped, or eldery. Your money is just as good as a WASPs. I also believe you have the right to be gay in the market place. That's what this story is an example of. That's why it is discrimination just like blacks in motels in the south, or the Irish applying for jobs. Your sexuality is not relevant in the market. You shouldn't have the ability to force your religious beliefs on others in the market.

That's my opinion anyway.
