I can see Yeldon being an effective NFL back, has has all the little things that makes a RB good. Except for one BIG little thing, but fumbles can be cut down(he's done a better job year by year).

It muddles the backfield, but I'd love to see him back. I don't think his stats this year are too big of a deal, scouts have seen his first 2 years and see how the offense has shifted feature to Cooper more so than the RB.

At worst, I could see him as a taller Roy Helu. Runs #2 in the backfield, but holds an advantage as a 3rd down back in receiving and pass protection.

That is where Yeldon will have extra value. He's a good pass protector and when he does catch the ball, he is good in space out of the backfield.

I think with the right team he'll be a solid NFL back. Probably definitely needs to be a team running some zone blocking though.

It'd be nice to have him back, but I have to wonder if that'll create too much clutter. Yeldon and Henry would continue to get the ball, so what about Drake? He was getting it, but not a whole lot when he got hurt. He needs more touches imo. Then Jones and Tenpenny could transfer, and if Henry decided to make the jump, we'd be hurting at RB. That is why it may benefit us in the long run if he declares.

I don't think he will be a high draft pick but I also don't know if he will move up by staying another year.
