See I wouldn't have said anything at all if he hadn't started off his little rant with "little prick". If we're gonna let Hank call fellow Aggies on tArk little pricks then I'm going to turn every one of the threads he posts in into a shite fest.
This place has gone to shite in the last month or two with all the negativity and CGSC bleeding all over the board starting a new thread for every thought that pops into his mind.
HNIC and HKIC we need some direction here.

The "little prick" comment is hereby withdrawn, and I apologize for having made it. I was wrong to phrase it that way, and I am man enough to admit it.
I stand by everything else in that post. Nguyening is NOT an attorney, and he has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. He gave VERY bad advice to Garnet, and he did it because he thought he had an opportunity to take a "clever" little shot at me.
We would all be better-off if we restricted ourselves to offering advice on only topics where we have some minimal level of knowledge.
