This is not a patronizing tone; I believe a long term winner is being built, by someone who knows how to build.
Furthermore, I think Hugh wants to stay there, long term.

Not sure on the rule....but the ankle is certainly not part of the foot. Please reference any text that identifies the ankle is part of the foot.

Why do you want some proof? Do you anticipate this same bullshite type of play ever happening again? If it does happen again I'm done watching college football because it will be apparent that we are cursed.

It's a great question because I always thought the ankle on the ground meant you were down. Apparently that is not correct
