This is gonna shock some people but in my experience books are typically somewhat antisocial folks. they tend to handle their concerns inhouse. Dont normally ask authorities for assistance. its kinda bad for business

Also, if you look at the allegations and then look real close at the books, they don't match. The books show a payout of $5500 and the allegations indicate a bet of $5500. At -110, that's a huge mistake. My feeling here is that this is a legitimate book, probably not for Rabb's account (if one actually exists), that has been altered by someone unfamiliar with book keeping to try to pass as evidence. I just hope it's not incarcerated bob, his cred's on the line if he made that mistake.
