Hey Redcoats,

Here is our schedule for the Florida trip next weekend!
Hotel – DAYS INN St Aug/Historic Downtown 1300 Ponce de Leon Blvd US-1 32084
Everyone will receive $93.00 Per diem. (3 meals paid for, 5 on your own)

FRIDAY – Oct. 31st

4:00am - Chik-fil-a Breakfast at E01 Parking Lot, load buses. E-01 is the first lot on your left once you turn into the IM fields

5:00am - Depart E01 for St Augustine (Don’t be late!! We will leave on time and you all have to find your own way!)

12:30 - (estimated) Stop for Lunch, on your own, one-hour stop, St. Johns Town Center, lots of great places to eat.

2:30 - Arrive at Hotel, check in,

3:00 - Free time in St Augustine, Dinner on your own (See attraction/food/shopping list below)

11:00 - Courtesy Quiet for guests of other hotels in our area

SATURDAY – Nov 1st

9:00 - Breakfast on your own

10:00 - Load Buses for Altell Stadium

10:30 - Depart for Stadium

11:15 - Arrive at Stadium, park buses, Chill out, let Derbies exit first/warm-up at rear of our bus parking.

11:30 - Derbies warm-up, move across the street to Pep Rally (Derbies, have Horns & Drums under the bus with you for easy transition to pep rally)

12:00 – All Redcoats cross the street to the Bulldog Alumni BBQ and EAT! (No instruments, jacket or shako needed)

12:45 – Return from BBQ, Sousaphones/Percussion/props unload

1:00 - Enter Stadium gate, warm up in sectionals, then full band in Arc's run show #1

2:00 - Move to seating area, (seating charts to leadership soon)

2:30 - Seated

3:15 – UGA Pre-game begins (Towards Home/West side)

3:34 - Kickoff GO DAWGS!

5:00 - Halftime show towards the HOME/West) side!

7:00 - Game over - after fight songs, losing teams band will play two tunes, then winning teams band will play two tunes. wait for crowd to thin then move out.

7:30 – Firehouse Subs Dinner waiting at Buses, depart for St Augustine

9:00 - Arrive Hotel, Pizza snack delivered at 9:30 (Dominoes delivered)

11:00 - Courtesy Quiet? for guests of other hotels in our area

SUNDAY Nov. 2nd

7:00 - Breakfast on your own

8:00 - load Buses, room checks (Leave doors OPEN when you depart your room)

8:30 - Depart for Athens

11:00 - Stop for lunch, Savannah Mall food court

5:00 - Arrive back at E01
