Not sure about Kansas, and as they are not SEC, don't really care

Wacky Tabbacy - dope grown in EKY is pretty damn popular
Hillbilly Heroin - big pharma > tiny meth labs
Not sure who in Kentucky is using meth when all kinds of other legal and illegal drugs are much easier to access
