Because you are no longer undefeated but still ranked the current playoff, meaning that with the current loss you have, an additional one will end your season. That would mean unless you run the table from here on out, an LSU loss will factor into having a huge impact in your current season.
I'm not even arguing rivalry bullshite right now, just trying to get the point across that a single loss is detrimental to any SEC team with hopes for a national championship.

He's gotta be trolling. His post history is quite amusing, too. He started playing the "we're still ranked higher!!" card almost right after the game. And in all of my time on this site, I've never seen a poster change his location section on his profile to brag about being ranked higher before the season was even over
