The best teams aren't the ones that should be in. If you're the best team but didn't win the games, then you have no one to blame but yourself. Deserving is less subjective than who the best team is.

So which team should be ranked higher?
The team that lost to the undefeated #1 team in the country. Also won on the road versus #11 and blew out #17.
Or
The team that lost to the 1 loss #9 team in the country. And has a win versus #22
