I think our F.O. finally got through to Lovie about how bad the roster and the culture is in Tampa, they are trying to dump all the massive contracts for what seems like just draft picks, they just have to be the right picks

that's crazy. but draft picks are how you build for the future. "win now" is overrated.. look at the falcons (and the saints)
