I was going to ask "the country or the singer?" but googled it first. I've never even heard of Frank Sumatra, but apparently it was a real thing.

Ol' Brown Eyes.
He's the guy who sang "New Yolk, New Yolk", right?

I remember when Frank Sinatra Jr was kidnapped .... it may have been 1963. I can't remember if it was mob related or not. I can't remember if he is the one that had his ear cut off by the kidnappers or if that is Onassis' son I'm thinking about.

Could have been Sinatra, Jr. in '63, that seems about right. It was a major deal.

It's difficult to really put into perspective the sixties ... even looking back. Things were so Helter Skelter during the entire decade. Something was happening every night on the news ... every night. The entire decade was ten years of our country losing its innocence. Looking back sometimes, we didn't really survive the sixties - we sort of died and came back all fricked-up. Everything has been pretty-much fricked-up since.
