He is a good lawyer, but this speculation is based on the theory that his is strictly a criminal attorney, which he isn't, and this theory/speculation is getting to an ATPB level.

If these guys paid Gurley for his autograph, it sounds like they would be in trouble in the State of Georgia. That may be why they retained attorneys. It would also mean Gurley broke NCAA rules......which is the thing that UGA people, in this thread, are obviously trying to avoid.
