I proposed activities related to this situation that could move it from a NCAA and possible Civil issue to a Criminal one... Speculating based on the reasoning behind the dealers hiring Criminal Attorneys.

They are doing everything to deflect. Gurley signs autographs. Investigation follows to look into whether or not he got paid because of large suspicious amounts of items autographed for sale. People who have been named in the investigation lawyers up. Now the puppies are using words like extorted, entrapment, and blackmail to make it look like Gurley is innocent.
Before any pup replies I am taking those words from UGA posters.
