Um Mizzou is down. They lost all their best WR's, starting RB, Starting QB, some OL. How many starters did they return on offense....4??? Then lost good people on Defense. Yes any team losing that much talent will be "down". Sorta like LSU and South Carolina. Lost too many talented players.

Mizzou is down from last year, but as far as overall trends go they are up. Way up.
