I understand your frustration. Ole Miss grads are like ghosts for minimum wage earning Bama grads. We usually don't associate with the underlings and that's our fault. Maybe when you make it to upper management, or by some chance score a real job that makes money, you'll run into one. Until then, you're free to talk to us anonymously on the rant so we don't fire you for your allegiance to a lesser school...which you bought a t-shirt for on your last Wal-Mart trip.
