We do have several formations which split Howard outside, just haven't shown it yet.

we've shown it a few times, just havent gone to OJ much out of that look (or any look). Sims did hit him on a quick out when he was lined up wide and OJ ran for about 12 yards. Pretty sure that was a presnap hot read because the DB was so far off of OJ.
